Offering friendly and personal support is a fundamental aspect of Journo Portfolio. As we grow we're looking for someone to join us to maintain and improve our support response times and hours.
Previous experience in support is a bonus but not a requirement.
Native-level written English is a must, as is ability to support U.S. working hours.
Journo Portfolio has always been product-focused and development driven. Developing new features and improving the platform is of the highest priority and we are looking for remote developers to help us scale.
Our stack is based on Python, Django, MySQL, AngularJS, AWS and Grunt, but we'll consider any developer, with good experience and understanding of the principles of web-app development.
Because of the small size of our development team, being a good all-rounder is key. This role would be highly flexible, with remote working.
