Can I use my own domain?
Of course! Simply upgrade to Pro and enter your own domain when you do so. You can then check a box to specify that you own the domain. Lastly you just need to configure the domain to point at our server.
Who owns my domain?
You will. We purchase the domain for you so you don't need to worry about renewing it or setting it up but if you ever want to move away from Journo Portfolio or do something else with your domain we can transfer it into a domain account owned by you. We do not charge for this.
What kind of portfolio items can I add?
Almost any! Write your portfolio items directly on Journo Portfolio, upload a PDF, link to anything on the web or embed SoundCloud audio or a Vimeo or YouTube video. Need support for something you can't currently do? Just let us know and we'll add it for you.
What privacy options are available?
You can choose to have your portfolio publically visible, password protected, accessible only via a secure link or public but with a suppressed search engine presence.
How can I customise my profile?
The Journo Portfolio dashboard lets you choose from multiple themes, replace imagery, set theme colours, change fonts and totally control content and layout.
What support is available?
Our support team is always around to answer any questions - we can't stand silly support ticket systems, just chat with us directly on the site, it's so much easier to help you.
Can I cancel at anytime?
Yes, you can cancel anytime. We can offer partial refunds in some instances, email support@journoportfolio.com for more information.
Are annual discounts available?
Yes! Get the equivalent of two months free with any annual subscription when you pay for the year up-front. Not sure? You can always switch to annual billing later.
